Architectural History
Established Joseph J. Railla A.I.A. Architect firm in 1969. Attended the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California. Mentors: Carl Maston FAIA, Rudolph DeChellis, FAIA, John K. Minanisan, S.E. Obtained General Contractor’s license in 1961 after apprenticing in furniture manufacturing and construction activities.
